Help Us Help Them

Adopt A Husky Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Siberian Husky rescue organization which was formed by a group of hardworking volunteers committed to saving the lives of unwanted dogs and puppies both locally and across the Midwest.

New Beginnings

In 2017 we found that our rescue was growing at a rapid rate, both in the number of volunteers signing up as well as the number requests asking for help. We split off from our sister rescue, Adopt A Husky, Inc., in Illinois, to form what is known today as Adopt A Husky Minnesota.

Our dream is to educate the general public about this beautiful breed and provide care for the multitude of homeless huskies that have found themselves in the shelter system.

Allow Us to Say YES

When Adopt a Husky Minnesota commits to the care of a dog, that dog's welfare is our responsibility no matter the cost.  All our fosters are spayed or neutered, microchipped,  brought up to date on rabies, distemper, and bordetella, Heartworm tested and on preventative year round.   Many of our dogs need more extensive care like surgery to correct a health problem or monthly medications for managing health issues such as epilepsy.

Give to the Max Day

Join us during  Give to the Max Day to help us help them.  Help us make this year a success. We need YOUR HELP to continue to say YES to those dogs needing last-minute rescues, dogs which would otherwise be euthanized, harder cases and those requiring longer term care and those with special needs. Follow along with our Facebook page for some of our amazing rescue stories.

Thank you for all of your love and support. You truly Help Us Help Them.
